Early bird conference rates (for registration completed on or before February 25)

  • Full conference registration: $325
  • One day registration [Tuesday, March 19]: $235
  • Half day registration [Monday, March 18 or Wednesday, March 20]: $165

Regular conference rates (registration completed on or after February 26)

  • Full conference registration: $375
  • One day registration [Tuesday, March 19]: $285
  • Half day registration [Monday, March 18 or Wednesday, March 20]: $215

All conference rates include 2019-20 ILASFAA membership for conference attendees (voting, non-voting, emeritus, retired and honorary).


Deadline to Pay:

A copy of your confirmation and a check made payable to ILASFAA for your membership and registration must be received by March 1, 2019. You will receive an electronic receipt when your payment is received.

If paying by ACH, please contact ILASFAA Treasurer Elect, Cheryl Howerton at chowerton@millikin.edu and include invoice numbers.

Cancellation requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis in the event of a true emergency. Please note that approved cancellations are not guaranteed and cancellation of hotel room reservations must be done directly with the hotel.

These conduct rules apply to all attendees and participants at any ILASFAA-sponsored event, including in online events. Any violations should be reported immediately to a member of the ILASFAA Board; we also expect participants to alert staff or security of any dangerous situations, or of anyone in distress.

ILASFAA reserves the right to remove any individual from attendance or other participation in any ILASFAA-sponsored event without prior warning or refund, and to take additional action as determined necessary, up to and including expulsion from participation in ILASFAA.
