Federal Student Aid-Ask-A-Fed

The Office of Federal Student Aid’s (FSA) Training and Information Service Group (TISG) is proud to offer a virtual Ask-A-Fed event to select state associations on Thursday, November 14, 2024, from 12 p.m. to 2 p.m. Eastern time (ET). This is a new service we are testing on a trial basis, and your state has been selected to participate. Please advertise this opportunity to your association membership.
Participants are invited to spend up to 15 minutes one-on-one with a training officer via Zoom on a first-come, first-served basis to ask Title IV-related questions. Please join Zoom via computer or mobile app and be sure to have access to your device sound to participate. Participants will not be able to call in on a separate device. 
Should participants have specific questions to information covered in a previous conference presentation, we encourage them to use the contact information provided in the PowerPoint slides. For questions concerning Common Origination and Disbursement (COD), the National Student Loan Data System (NSLDS^®) database, the E-App, Experimental Sites Initiative, or EDExpress, participants should visit Partner Connect or attend the Virtual Exhibit Hall stations during the upcoming 2024 FSA Training Conference.
